PASO 1 - UNIRSE AL CÍRCULO TROC
A través de nuestra web application o las aplicaciones móviles disponibles en App Store y Google Play. Primero tienes que registrarte como particular, después puedes registrar una o varias empresas e invitar a otros usuarios a cada una de ellas. El proceso es corto y sencillo y le permitirá empezar a utilizar la plataforma de red universal.
PASO 2 - REGISTRARSE COMO COMERCIANTE
Para poder recibir fondos a través de la plataforma, utilizar Chain Netting y beneficiarse de todo el potencial de Troc Circle, deberá registrarse como comerciante y seguir los pasos de KYB. El proceso se realiza sin problemas en la plataforma y prácticamente en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.
PASO 3 - Opcional - CONECTE SU SOFTWARE ERP / CONTABLE
En lugar de introducir manualmente las facturas y las notas de crédito (una función secundaria de la plataforma), puede integrar Troc Circle con su ERP o software de contabilidad. Esto nos permitirá extraer y utilizar los datos de las facturas para ofrecer acuerdos de compensación. Regularmente se añaden nuevos ERP / softwares de contabilidad. PASO 4 - Opcional - PERSONALIZAR SUS REDES DE VENTA
Para asegurarse de que sólo recibe oportunidades de compensación relevantes, puede personalizar múltiples factores, incluyendo con quién compensar (incluir o excluir proveedores y clientes específicos), intervalo de tiempo de compensación (sólo en la fecha de vencimiento o dentro de un intervalo de fechas), compensación en una o varias divisas y muchos más.
STEP 5 - START NETTING
Una vez que nuestro sistema detecta una oportunidad de compensación circular o de compensación en cadena, se le notificará en tiempo real y en cualquier momento. En un segundo podrá ver, revisar y aceptar o rechazar todos los acuerdos de compensación. Una vez aceptado un acuerdo, se generan recibos automáticos que se le envían. Todas las empresas implicadas deben aceptar el acuerdo para que éste se lleve a cabo y se generen los recibos.

Troc Circle would require a recipient unique ID (company TAX ID or email address), the invoice due amount, currency and due date only.
