STEP 1 - JOIN TROC CIRCLE

Google Play. You first need to register as an individual following which you can register one or multiple companies and invite additional users to each company. The process is short and simple and will enable you to start using the universal netting platform.
STEP 2 - REGISTER AS A MERCHANT
To be able to receive funds through the platform, use Chain Netting and benefit from the full potential of Troc Circle, you will need to register as a merchant and go through the KYB steps. The process is done seamlessly on the platform and pretty much within the blink of an eye.
STEP 3 - Optional - CONNECT YOUR ERP / ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
Instead of manually entering invoices and credit notes (a secondary feature of the platform) you can simply integrate Troc Circle with your ERP or accounting software. This will enable us to extract and use the invoice data to offer netting deals. New ERP / accounting softwares are added regularly. If you can not find yours just reach out to us.
STEP 4 - Optional - CUSTOMIZE YOUR NETTING DEALS
To make sure that you only receive relevant netting opportunities you can customize multiple factors including who to net with (include or exclude specific suppliers and clients), netting time range (only on due date or within a date range), single or multi currency netting and many more.
STEP 5 - START NETTING
Once our system detects a Circular Netting or Chain Netting opportunity, you will be notified in a live manner and at any point in time. Within a second you will be able to see, review and accept or reject all netting deals. Once a deal is accepted, automated receipts are generated and forwarded to you. Every involved company needs to accept the deal in order for it to go through and generate the receipts.
Netting refers to the offsetting of receivables and payables between parties to reduce the gross amount that needs to be settled between them. Shortly: offsetting invoices between multiple parties without moving money.

Yes, Troc Circle can be integrated with your ERP or accounting software. This will enable us to extract and use the invoice data to offer netting deals. Also, you can contact our team and request to develop an API connection to your accounting system in order to automate the data exchange between Troc Circle and your accounting system.
Troc Circle would require a recipient unique ID (company TAX ID or email address), the invoice due amount, currency and due date only.
